JennFit Dance Fitness is a full fitness jazz
dance aerobics class for women that
provides a complete cardio and strength
training workout.

Expand your life, become stronger, move purposefully
towards your goals...and have fun along the way!
You don't have to be a dancer to have a fun
and great workout. Using a unique blend of
dance and strength training, you are sure to
have a great time with your friends.

Class meets on Monday, Wednesday and
Friday from 8:45 to 10:00 am at the Center
for the Arts in downtown Grass Valley.
